- 2. Add the Chicken: Stir in boneless chicken breasts along with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- 3. Pour in the Broth: Carefully add low-sodium chicken broth while scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pot.
- 4. Pressure Cook: Close the lid securely and set the pressure valve to sealing. Select high pressure and cook for 10 minutes. Allow for a natural release for 5 minutes before performing a quick release.
