- 1 cup grated Asiago cheese

- 16 oz store-bought gnocchi

- 1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all ingredients and chop the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Cook the Chicken: In a large pot over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and add chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown on both sides—about six minutes per side. Remove from the pot and set aside.
- 3. Sauté Vegetables: In the same pot, add more olive oil if needed. Toss in onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté until tender—about five minutes.
- 4. Add Broth & Simmer: Pour in chicken broth along with dried thyme. Bring to a gentle simmer and return cooked chicken to the pot. Cover and simmer for about ten minutes.
- 5. Stir in Cream & Cheese: Remove chicken again; add heavy cream and grated Asiago cheese to the pot. Stir until melted for a creamy base.
- 6. Final Touches: Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and return it along with gnocchi to the soup mix. Cook for another five minutes until everything is heated through.
