- 2 tbsp Herbs de Provence

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Once hot, sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about one minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth while stirring in Herbs de Provence. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Return the seared chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over each piece, and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165°F (75°C).
- Serve the creamy chicken on plates and drizzle generously with sauce.
