Instructions
- Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels and cut into finger-sized pieces.
- In three shallow bowls, prepare the following: Combine flour with salt and pepper in Bowl 1; place beaten eggs in Bowl 2; mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika in Bowl 3.
- Coat each piece of fish in flour, shaking off excess; dip in egg wash, then roll in panko mixture until fully coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C); arrange breaded fish fingers in a single layer in the basket and spray lightly with cooking oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked through.
