- 2 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if necessary and season with salt and pepper.
- While the beef cooks, prepare the rice according to package instructions until fluffy.
- In each serving bowl, layer the cooked rice as the base.
