Instructions
- Turn the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add the diced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped bell peppers and diced onion. Cook for an additional 3 minutes until softened.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the long-grain white rice and low-sodium chicken broth. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning; stir well to combine.
- Seal the Instant Pot lid securely. Set it to cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. After cooking, allow a natural release for 5 minutes before quick-releasing any remaining steam.
