- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- In a pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add breadcrumbs and sauté for about 5 minutes until golden brown, stirring frequently.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Caesar dressing, and lemon juice until smooth.
- In a large bowl, toss roasted Brussels sprouts and crispy breadcrumbs.
- Drizzle with dressing and mix gently until well-coated.
- Serve topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and an extra squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
