Ingredients
Scale
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 2 cups mixed fresh mushrooms (cremini and shiitake), sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp truffle oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick. Transfer it into a tart pan, trimming any excess pastry hanging over the edges.

- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and truffle oil.
- Add the sautéed mushrooms to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mushroom filling into the prepared pastry shell, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in your preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes or until puffed up and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
