- 8 ounces fresh lump crab meat
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Gruyère and Parmesan blend)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add shrimp and crab meat, sautéing until pink and opaque (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter over medium-low heat. Stir in flour, cooking for about 1 minute until golden brown.
- Gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and half of the shredded cheese; stir until melted.
- Fold sautéed shrimp and crab into the creamy sauce until well-coated. Pour mixture into the greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake uncovered for about 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
