Description

Experience the creamy goodness of melted brie paired with sweet-tart cranberries, all wrapped in golden puff pastry. Perfect for entertaining or cozy nights at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 wheel brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional, walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it’s large enough to cover the entire wheel of brie.
  3. Place the wheel of brie in the center of the pastry.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce generously on top of the brie.
  5. Drizzle honey over the cranberry sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts if using.
  6. Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing edges to prevent leaks during baking.
  7. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for about five minutes before slicing. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
