- 1 wheel brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional, walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it’s large enough to cover the entire wheel of brie.
- Place the wheel of brie in the center of the pastry.
- Spread cranberry sauce generously on top of the brie.
- Drizzle honey over the cranberry sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts if using.
- Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing edges to prevent leaks during baking.
- Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for about five minutes before slicing. Serve warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
