- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 9 lasagna noodles (traditional or no-boil)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and season chicken breasts. Cook until golden brown, about six minutes per side. Let cool before slicing.
- In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Begin layering in the baking dish: start with a little Alfredo sauce at the bottom.
- Place noodles on top, followed by sliced chicken, more sauce, and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
