  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 9 lasagna noodles (traditional or no-boil)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and coat a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and season chicken breasts. Cook until golden brown, about six minutes per side. Let cool before slicing.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Begin layering in the baking dish: start with a little Alfredo sauce at the bottom.
  6. Place noodles on top, followed by sliced chicken, more sauce, and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
