- 1 package phyllo dough (thawed)
- 8 oz brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Carefully unroll the phyllo dough and cut it into squares approximately three inches wide.
- Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Place one square of phyllo dough into each cup, layering another square on top to form a little cup.
- Add small pieces of brie cheese into each phyllo cup and generously top with cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle finely chopped fresh rosemary over each filled cup.
- Drizzle honey over the tops of each bite.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
