Description

Cranberry Brie Bites are delightful, bite-sized treats featuring flaky pastry, creamy brie, and tart cranberry sauce. Perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package phyllo dough (thawed)
  • 8 oz brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully unroll the phyllo dough and cut it into squares approximately three inches wide.
  3. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Place one square of phyllo dough into each cup, layering another square on top to form a little cup.
  4. Add small pieces of brie cheese into each phyllo cup and generously top with cranberry sauce.
  5. Sprinkle finely chopped fresh rosemary over each filled cup.
  6. Drizzle honey over the tops of each bite.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
