  • 8 oz brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen bread dough overnight in the refrigerator or for about two hours at room temperature.
  2. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about half an inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into small squares suitable for bite-sized pieces.
  4. Place a small piece of brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce on each square of dough.
  5. Fold the corners of each square over the filling to create bundles and pinch tightly to seal.
  6. Arrange the bundles in a greased baking dish.
