Instructions
- Thaw the frozen bread dough overnight in the refrigerator or for about two hours at room temperature.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about half an inch thick.
- Cut the dough into small squares suitable for bite-sized pieces.
- Place a small piece of brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce on each square of dough.
- Fold the corners of each square over the filling to create bundles and pinch tightly to seal.
- Arrange the bundles in a greased baking dish.
- Drizzle melted butter over them and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
