- 2–3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (chopped, adjust to taste)

- Soft and fluffy slider buns
- 2 cups coleslaw (store-bought or homemade with a tangy dressing)
Instructions
- 1. Season chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, chopped chipotle peppers, and BBQ sauce. Mix well.
- 3. Place seasoned chicken thighs in a slow cooker and pour the cranberry-chipotle sauce over them.
