Instructions
- Chop half of a medium-sized green cabbage into thin strips. Grate two medium carrots until finely shredded.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of vegan mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
