  • 2 medium carrots (finely shredded)
  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Chop half of a medium-sized green cabbage into thin strips. Grate two medium carrots until finely shredded.
