Description

Crockpot Pulled Pork Sliders are a tender, flavorful delight topped with crunchy coleslaw and served in soft slider buns, perfect for any gathering or celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 large sweet onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slider buns
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Pork: Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and cut it into large chunks for even cooking.
  2. Season Generously: In a bowl, mix paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub this spice mixture all over the pork pieces.
  3. Set Up Your Slow Cooker: Place the sliced onions at the bottom of your crockpot. Lay the seasoned pork chunks on top.
  4. Add Saucy Goodness: Pour BBQ sauce over the pork until generously coated. Add minced garlic for extra flavor.
  5. Cook Low and Slow: Cover and cook on low heat for about 8 hours or high heat for about 4 hours.
  6. Shred and Serve: Once done cooking, shred the pork in the pot using two forks and mix it with the sauce. Serve on slider buns topped with coleslaw.
