- 2 cups coleslaw mix
Instructions
- Prepare Your Pork: Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and cut it into large chunks for even cooking.
- Season Generously: In a bowl, mix paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub this spice mixture all over the pork pieces.
- Set Up Your Slow Cooker: Place the sliced onions at the bottom of your crockpot. Lay the seasoned pork chunks on top.
