- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat half of the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Sprinkle Cajun seasoning over the garlic butter mixture and stir for another minute to bloom the spices.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Toss cooked pasta into the skillet with the sauce, mixing well to coat. Return chicken bites to the skillet and mix until heated through.
- Plate your dish with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan on top; enjoy!
