Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken and ensure it's well coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or prepare your grill for medium-high heat.
