Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Rinse the green beans under cold water and trim the ends. Mince the garlic cloves.
- Toast the Almonds: In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the sliced almonds until golden brown and fragrant (about 3-4 minutes), stirring constantly.
- Sauté Garlic in the Instant Pot: Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add Green Beans: Add the trimmed green beans along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss in the garlicky oil for about 2 minutes.
