Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in a parchment-lined baking dish. Pour half of the marinade over the fillets.
