- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper.
