Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  3. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  5. Remove the meatballs from the oven and generously pour marinara sauce over them. Top each meatball with slices of fresh mozzarella.
