Description

Mini Pepper Pizzas are colorful, delicious bites featuring sweet mini bell peppers filled with gooey cheese and your favorite toppings. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 12 mini bell peppers, halved and seeded
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • Additional toppings as desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Arrange cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon a generous amount of pizza sauce into each pepper half.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over each stuffed pepper.
