- 12 mini bell peppers, halved and seeded
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- Additional toppings as desired
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the mini bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Arrange cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon a generous amount of pizza sauce into each pepper half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over each stuffed pepper.
- Add Italian seasoning and your choice of toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
