Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Core and peel the apples, then cut each into quarters.

- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
- Place each apple quarter in the center of a pastry sheet and fold corners over to wrap them completely.
- Place wrapped dumplings seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush each dumpling with melted butter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
