- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for about 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- In a mixing bowl, whip together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Once the pumpkin bars are completely cooled, spread the frosting evenly over the top.
