  • 1 cup pure raspberry puree (fresh or frozen raspberries blended until smooth)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even layer.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and set aside to cool.
  5. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
