- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 or a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil. Whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool for about ten minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into squares and enjoy!
