Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- 3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until blended. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- 4. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter. Bake in the preheated oven for about 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
