- 1 pound deli-sliced roast beef
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each slider bun in half horizontally without separating them fully. Place them in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Spread Dijon mustard generously on both sides of each bun. Layer slices of roast beef followed by provolone cheese.
- In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in garlic powder and onion powder until well combined.
- Using a pastry brush, generously apply the buttery mixture on top of each assembled slider bun.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Transfer to plates while still warm; serve with pickles or your favorite dipping sauce.
