Description

Indulge in these savory roast beef sliders, where tender beef meets gooey cheese, all nestled within soft buns—perfect for any gathering or cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 soft slider buns
  • 1 pound deli-sliced roast beef
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each slider bun in half horizontally without separating them fully. Place them in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard generously on both sides of each bun. Layer slices of roast beef followed by provolone cheese.
  4. In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in garlic powder and onion powder until well combined.
  5. Using a pastry brush, generously apply the buttery mixture on top of each assembled slider bun.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  7. Transfer to plates while still warm; serve with pickles or your favorite dipping sauce.
