These colorful salami pinwheels combine creamy cheese and savory flavors, making them the perfect bite-sized treat for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz thinly sliced salami
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red, yellow, or green)
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on a clean surface.
  2. Evenly spread a generous layer of cream cheese over each tortilla.
  3. Place slices of salami on top of the cream cheese, followed by fresh spinach leaves and colorful bell pepper slices.
  4. Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla to enclose the filling.
  5. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld and make slicing easier.
  6. Unwrap and slice the chilled rolls into bite-sized pieces (about one inch thick). Arrange on a platter for serving.
