Description

Enjoy a savory blend of kielbasa, sweet potatoes, and crisp green beans roasted to perfection on a single sheet pan. Perfect for effortless weeknight dinners!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 1 lb), diced
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even roasting.
  2. Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash and dice the sweet potatoes into bite-sized cubes. Trim the ends off the green beans.
  3. Season and Combine: In a large bowl, mix the diced sweet potatoes and green beans. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until coated.
  4. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned vegetables on one side of a large baking sheet. On the other side, place sliced kielbasa sausage.
  5. Roast Away: Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and roast for about 25-30 minutes until everything is nicely browned and cooked through. Stir halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Serve It Up: Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving either plated or family-style from the pan.
