- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions
- Slice the Ingredients: Slice beef sirloin against the grain into thin strips. Chop bell peppers and onion into strips.
- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray your slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray or use a liner for easy cleanup.
- Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, beef broth, minced garlic, brown sugar, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Layer the Ingredients: Place half of the sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker. Layer half of the beef strips on top, followed by half of the bell peppers. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
