  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. In another bowl, beat eggs and milk together. Gradually add this mixture to the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  7. Pour cupcake batter over the prepared crusts until each liner is about two-thirds full.
