- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

- 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands until fully combined.
- With wet hands, shape the mixture into small oval patties or oblong meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- While the koftas bake, whisk together Greek yogurt, pomegranate molasses, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
- Transfer the cooked kofta to plates or a serving platter. Drizzle generously with pomegranate sauce and garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds for added color and crunch.
