  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands until fully combined.
  3. With wet hands, shape the mixture into small oval patties or oblong meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  5. While the koftas bake, whisk together Greek yogurt, pomegranate molasses, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  6. Transfer the cooked kofta to plates or a serving platter. Drizzle generously with pomegranate sauce and garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds for added color and crunch.
