Instructions

- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined—avoid overmixing! Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips evenly.
- Bake: Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly. Bake for about 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool & Serve: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about ten minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, slice and enjoy!
