Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly, then chop them into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
- Gently fold the chopped strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow it to firm up.
- After chilling, scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate according to package instructions.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before placing them back onto the parchment paper.
- Let truffles cool completely before serving.
