Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Truffle Bombs are delightful bite-sized desserts that blend creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, all enveloped in a rich chocolate coating. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup melting chocolate (dark or milk)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly, then chop them into small pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold the chopped strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow it to firm up.
  5. After chilling, scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Melt the chocolate according to package instructions.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before placing them back onto the parchment paper.
  8. Let truffles cool completely before serving.
