Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb medium ground beef

- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp allspice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, nutmeg, allspice, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing.

- Return the browned meatballs to the skillet with sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
