Description

This vibrant fruit sangria bursts with fresh flavors and fizzy goodness, perfect for summer gatherings or cozy evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle fruity red wine (such as Merlot or Garnacha)
  • 2 oranges, sliced into wedges
  • 1 lemon, sliced into wedges
  • 1 cup seasonal fruits (e.g., strawberries, peaches)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup brandy (optional)
  • 1 cup soda water

Instructions

  1. Collect all the ingredients and grab a large pitcher.
  2. Chop the oranges, lemons, and any additional seasonal fruits. Add them to the pitcher.
  3. Sprinkle sugar over the chopped fruits in the pitcher. Stir well and let sit for about five minutes to release their juices.
  4. Gently pour the red wine over the fruit mixture, stirring as you go.
  5. If using, splash in the brandy for added flavor depth.
  6. Refrigerate for at least two hours to let flavors meld. When ready to serve, top each glass with soda water for a refreshing fizz and garnish with extra fruit slices.
