- 1/4 cup brandy (optional)
- 1 cup soda water
Instructions
- Collect all the ingredients and grab a large pitcher.
- Chop the oranges, lemons, and any additional seasonal fruits. Add them to the pitcher.
- Sprinkle sugar over the chopped fruits in the pitcher. Stir well and let sit for about five minutes to release their juices.
- Gently pour the red wine over the fruit mixture, stirring as you go.
- If using, splash in the brandy for added flavor depth.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours to let flavors meld. When ready to serve, top each glass with soda water for a refreshing fizz and garnish with extra fruit slices.
