Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (optional)
