  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 1 cup pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar.
  2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until doubled.
  5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
