- 8 oz cheesy twisted pasta (e.g., fusilli or rotini)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir continuously and bring to a simmer.
- Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; stir until melted and creamy.
- Cook twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and sliced chicken in the skillet. Toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan or fresh parsley.
