Ingredients
Scale
- 1–1.5 pounds pork tenderloin
- 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup honey (preferably raw)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Trim any excess fat from your pork tenderloin. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Whisk everything together until well blended.
- Place your pork tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag or dish. Pour over the marinade and seal tightly. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least an hour (or overnight).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove pork from marinade and sear on all sides for about five minutes until golden brown.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Transfer the seared pork to an oven-safe dish, drizzle with reserved marinade, and bake for about 20-25 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature should be around 145°F).
- Let your pork rest for about five minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
