Instructions

- Divide the batter evenly between prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cakes to cool completely in their pans before transferring to wire racks.
- In a mixing bowl, whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sifted powdered sugar while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
