- 1 cup Beef Broth
Instructions
- Cut the beef chuck roast into bite-sized chunks for even cooking.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.
- Place beef chunks at the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour half of the honey-garlic sauce over them and add halved baby potatoes on top.
- Pour beef broth over everything and drizzle remaining sauce on top.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
